How do I pay for a subscription?▼

Click "Choose Plan" on any subscription tier, and you'll be redirected to our secure Razorpay payment gateway. We accept:

How does the trading-day expiry logic work?▼

Your subscription is calculated based on actual trading days, not calendar days:

  • 1 Day Pass (Daytime 9 AM-7 PM): Get 2 full trading days
  • 1 Day Pass (Night 7 PM-9 AM): Get 1 full trading day
  • Weekend purchases: Start counting from Monday to ensure trading day access
  • Expiry time: Always 8 AM on weekdays (never expires on weekends)

This ensures you always get actual market hours, not calendar time that includes weekends when markets are closed. Before payment, you'll see the exact expiry date.

How do Custom Watchlists work?▼

Custom Watchlists (Premium only) let you filter alerts at the strike level:

  • Set min/max strike prices (e.g., NIFTY 23800-24200)
  • Choose specific symbols (NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, FINNIFTY, etc.)
  • Filter by option type (CE/PE)

Example: Only get alerts for BANKNIFTY 51000-52000 CE strikes. Use the /custom_watchlist command on Telegram to set it up.

What are Preferred Expiries?▼

Preferred Expiries (Premium only) filter alerts by specific expiry dates:

  • Focus on weekly expiry trades only
  • Avoid far-dated options
  • Set on web dashboard or via /preferred_expiries command

Example: Only receive alerts for options expiring this week (perfect for expiry day traders).

What happens when my subscription expires?▼

Your account automatically downgrades to the FREE tier:

  • Alert quotas restored (50/25/25 daily limits)
  • Custom watchlist cleared (reverts to default)
  • Preferred expiries filter cleared
  • Your alert history and settings remain intact

You'll receive reminders 2 days and 1 day before expiry. Renew anytime with /upgrade on Telegram to restore unlimited access.

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?▼

You can purchase a new subscription at any time. The new plan will activate immediately, and any remaining days from your current plan will be forfeited. We recommend using your current plan until expiry before upgrading.

Is there a refund policy?▼

Due to the digital nature of the service and instant access provided, all sales are final. We recommend starting with the 1 Day Pass (₹29) to try the service before committing to longer plans.

What is Outcome Tracking?▼

Every alert is tracked for 24 hours to see what happened:

  • Price snapshots at: 15min, 30min, 1hr, 1day
  • Peak opportunity tracking (highest/lowest reached)
  • Outcome classification: SUCCESS, TOWARDS_SUCCESS, NEUTRAL, TOWARDS_FAILURE, FAILURE
  • Success thresholds vary by alert severity (EXTREME: 5%, HIGH: 10%, etc.)
