How to Set Up Custom Watchlist

Custom watchlist allows you to track specific option strikes and receive highly targeted alerts. Perfect for precision trading when you want to monitor exact strikes instead of entire indices.

Method 1: Save from Filter Sidebar

You can create a custom watchlist by filtering specific strikes on the landing page and saving them.

  1. Go to the home page
  2. Click the "Filters" button in the top-right corner to open the filter sidebar
  3. In the "Symbol/Strike Filter" section, enter the strikes you want to track:

    Examples:

    • NIFTY 24000 CE
    • BANKNIFTY 50000 PE | NIFTY 24100 CE
    • RELIANCE 2500 CE | SBIN 800 PE

    Use | (pipe) to separate multiple strikes. Must include symbol, strike price, and option type (CE/PE).

  4. The filter will show you matching activities. Review to ensure you entered the correct strikes.
  5. Scroll down in the filter sidebar and click "Save as Alert Preferences"
  6. Confirm the action. Your strikes will be saved and you'll receive alerts only for these specific strikes.

Important: Full Format Required

You must enter strikes in the complete format: SYMBOL STRIKE TYPE

  • ✅ NIFTY 24000 CE - Correct
  • ❌ NIFTY 24000 - Missing option type (will be ignored)
  • ❌ 24000 CE - Missing symbol (will be ignored)

Method 2: Clear Custom Watchlist

To remove all strikes and return to default watchlist mode:

  1. Go to Profile & Settings
  2. Scroll down to the "Custom Watchlist" section
  3. You'll see all your tracked strikes listed
  4. Click "🗑ī¸ Clear All Strikes" button
  5. Confirm the action to clear your custom watchlist

⚠ī¸ After clearing, the system will automatically use your default watchlist for alert filtering.
