Welcome to RxFlow

RxFlow is a real-time unusual options activity platform that helps you identify significant market moves before they happen. We monitor millions of option contracts across Indian markets and alert you to unusual patterns that matter.

What You'll Need

Create Your Account

RxFlow uses phone authentication for quick, secure access. No passwords to remember.

Step 1: Enter Mobile Number

  1. Visit flow.rxsynapse.com
  2. Click Sign In in the navigation bar
  3. Enter your 10-digit Indian mobile number
  4. Number must start with 6, 7, 8, or 9
  5. Click Send OTP

Step 2: Verify with OTP

  1. Check your SMS inbox for 6-digit code
  2. Enter the OTP in the verification field
  3. Code expires after 5 minutes
  4. Click Verify

Account Created!

Your account is now active with optimized default settings: HIGH sensitivity filtering, market hours only (9:15 AM - 3:30 PM IST), and all major indices monitored (NIFTY, BANKNIFTY, FINNIFTY, MIDCPNIFTY, STOCKS).

Your First Look - The Dashboard

After signing in, you'll land on the main dashboard showing the live activity feed.

Live Activity Feed

Real-time stream of unusual options activity. Each card represents a significant market event.

Activity Card Components:

    Symbol & Strike: e.g., NIFTY 24000 CE (Call) or BANKNIFTY 48500 PE (Put)

    Severity Badge: Color-coded importance (EXTREME, HIGH, MEDIUM, LOW)

    Timestamp: When activity was detected

LIVE Connection Indicator

Look for the pulsing LIVE badge at the top. When active, you're connected to real-time data streams.

Telegram Setup Banner

If Telegram isn't linked yet, you'll see a prominent banner at the top prompting you to set up mobile alerts. We'll cover this in the next section.

Link Your Telegram Account

Why Link Telegram?

  • ✓Instant mobile alerts even when browser is closed
  • ✓Command-based controls: /settings, /status, /fiidii
  • ✓Daily performance summaries at 9 AM IST
  • ✓Works on all devices where you use Telegram

Method 1: Link via Dashboard (Recommended)

  1. Click the Set Up Telegram banner on dashboard
  2. A linking code appears (valid for 5 minutes)
  3. Click the Open Bot button to launch Telegram
  4. In Telegram, send: /link YOUR_CODE
  5. Web dashboard updates automatically when linked (polls every 5 seconds)

Quick Tip

The linking code expires in 5 minutes. If it expires, generate a new one by clicking the banner again.

Method 2: Start Fresh in Telegram

  1. Open Telegram and search for @rxflow_alerts_bot
  2. Send /start
  3. Send /subscribe
  4. When you sign in on web with the same phone number, accounts auto-link

Auto-Linking

If you were already using the Telegram bot before signing up on web, RxFlow automatically links your accounts when you log in with the same phone number.

Customize Your Preferences

Navigate to Profile → Notification Preferences to adjust settings.

Sensitivity Level

Controls the minimum severity of alerts you receive. Acts as a threshold.

EXTREMERare, highest conviction

Only exceptional events. Very low volume but maximum signal quality.

HIGH(Default, Recommended)

Strong signals with multiple confirming factors. Balanced coverage and quality.

MEDIUMModerate signals

Broader market coverage but higher alert volume.

LOWAll activity

Maximum coverage, informational signals. Can be noisy.

How Sensitivity Works

Sensitivity acts as a minimum threshold. Selecting MEDIUM means you'll see MEDIUM, HIGH, and EXTREME alerts—but not LOW alerts.

Trading Hours Filter

Enabled(Default)

Receive alerts only during market hours: 9:15 AM - 3:30 PM IST

Disabled24/7 coverage

Receive alerts anytime, including pre-market analysis and overnight developments

Default Watchlist

Select which indices and instrument types to monitor. Default: All enabled.

Preferred Activity Types

Focus on specific patterns. Leave empty to receive all types (default).

Using Filters

The filter sidebar (left side or hamburger menu) lets you refine the activity feed in real-time.

Pro Tip

Filters complement your preference settings. For example, if your sensitivity is HIGH, you can still use filters to temporarily view only EXTREME alerts without changing your preference.

Understanding Your Alerts

Activity Card Anatomy

Header:Symbol, Strike, Expiry, Type (CE/PE)
Badge:Severity level (color-coded)
Activity Type:What triggered the alert
Metrics:Volume vs Avg, OI Change %, Price & % Change, Bid/Ask
Timestamp:When activity was detected

Severity Guidelines

EXTREME:Immediate attention. Rare events with exceptional characteristics.
HIGH:Strong signals worth reviewing promptly.
MEDIUM:Notable activity, good for monitoring and context.
LOW:Informational signals, background awareness.

Troubleshooting

OTP not arriving?

  • Verify number format: 10 digits starting with 6, 7, 8, or 9
  • Check your SMS inbox (sometimes delayed)
  • Wait 1 minute before requesting a new OTP
  • Ensure phone has good signal

Telegram linking code expired?

  • Codes expire after 5 minutes for security
  • Click the dashboard banner again to generate a new code
  • Complete the process promptly after generating

Not receiving alerts on Telegram?

  • Verify Telegram is linked: Check dashboard for confirmation
  • Send /status in bot to check subscription
  • Ensure sensitivity isn't too strict (try HIGH instead of EXTREME)
  • Check that watchlist includes active instruments
  • Verify bot isn't blocked or muted in Telegram

Live feed not updating?

  • Check LIVE indicator at top - should be pulsing when connected
  • Refresh browser if disconnected
  • Verify internet connection is stable
  • During non-market hours, activity may be minimal

Dashboard looks empty?

  • Check filters - may be too restrictive
  • Verify time range isn't too narrow
  • During low volatility periods, fewer alerts are normal
  • Try expanding time range to 1d or 7d
